Pamela Elaine Weathers Wiseman, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on February 28, in Midland, Texas. A woman of grace, intelligence, and deep devotion to her family, Pam leaves behind a legacy of love that spans generations and has touched countless lives.

The last of Coyanosa’s original pioneer cotton farmers has passed from the West Texas agricultural scene with the death of Clarence Stephan, 83, on Sunday, March 1, 2026. He succumbed to heart related issues in El Paso where he had gone for medical treatment near his daughter’s home. Due to other family medical considerations, a memorial service will be postponed until later in the spring.

Carolina Banda Ronquillo, age 79, of Fort Stockton, passed away Saturday morning, March 7, 2026, at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born May 23, 1946, in Fort Stockton, Texas, to Luis Castelo Banda and Consuelo Gutierrez Banda.

Ricardo Lee Chavarria (Ricky) formerly of Fort Stockton passed away on February 19, 2026, in Manor, Texas. He was born May 14, 1958, to Ricardo Y.

James Cantley Stone, 97, of Sanderson, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2026. No services are planned.

James “Jim” Bodie Moore, 88, of Fort Stockton, joined his Lord and Savior on February 22, 2026. He was born on October 27, 1937, to Bodie Moore and Lorean Jackson Moore.

Tom Scott of Midland, Texas died on February 1. Tom was born in Houston, Texas on January 31, 1934 to Mary Alice Ransom and Earle Hester Scott and was raised in Richmond, Texas. After his mother married Stephen S. Perry Jr. in 1946, the family lived on their ranch on Allen Dome on the banks of the San Bernard River in Brazoria County. Tom graduated from Freeport High School at the top of his class in 1951, going on to attend The Rice Institute in Houston Texas, graduating in 1955 with a degree in Chemistry. He attended The University of Texas Law School, graduating in 1958. Tom was honored as a member of The Order of the Coif, The Chancellors, Phi Theta Phi, and the Texas Law Review.

Orlando Gonzales, 70, of Fort Stockton, Texas, Passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026, in Odessa, Texas. Orlando was born on September 3, 1955, to Rosa Gonzales.

Jose Madrid Carrasco, age 74 of Fort Stockton, Texas, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on July 3, 1951, to Maria and Nicomedez Carrasco.

Tomas Dominguez, 39, was born in Fort Stockton, Texas, to Rogelio and Rosa Dominguez on December 25, 1986. He was raised in Fort Stockton, where he made his home with his wife and children. He attended Fort Stockton Schools. He worked in the Oilfield for many years as roustabout and also had the honor to work alongside his father in Dawson Geophysics. His kids were his pride and joy, his everything whom he shared an amazing bond with as their bestie.
