Richardo Pacheco Bueno was born July 14, 1959 in Pasadena to Jose Acosta & Isaura Bueno and passed away October 29, in Plano. He is survived by his wife, Velma Bueno; children: Cassandra Esquibel & husband Nick, Melanie Olvera & husband Eduardo, Marcus Bueno & wife Christina; grandchildren: Andrew, Levi, Vivian, Nicholas, McKinsley, Sophia, Olivia, Alaina, Marcus Jr.; siblings: Ella Gonzalez, Severa Acosta Arenivas, Amanda Acosta Castelo, Missy Acosta Alvarado.

Monte Beard, a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and lifelong resident of Fort Stockton, passed away peacefully on October 7, at the Lamun-Lusk-Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home in Big Spring. He was 77 years old. Born on March 5, 1948, in Utopia, Texas, Monte proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1968 to 1974, including a tour in Vietnam. His courage and dedication to service remained a defining part of his life.

Robert “Bob” Walter Baker, born June 3, 1942, in Fort Stockton, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2025, in Loveland, Colorado surrounded by the love of the Lord and his family. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10am on October 13, 2025, at Calvary Bible Church in Erie, Colorado.

Ramiro Baiza, age 84, of Fort Stockton, passed away on Saturday evening on October 11, in Cedar Park, Texas. The visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Edward Franco, 55, beloved son and brother, was called to his eternal resting place on October 4, 2025. He was born on June 26, 1970, in Fort Stockton, Texas, to the late Natividad and Flora Franco.

Harry “Tom” Carpenter, a cherished, loyal, humorous, and family-oriented man, passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on June 26, 1933, in Pecos, Texas, Tom grew up in Fort Stockton. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Baylor University.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Edward Lee Esparza, born September 29, 1957. Edward was a humble and compassionate individual whose kindness touched the lives of all who knew him.

Alex Marquez, 37, beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, entered into eternal rest on September 23. Alex was born on May 21, 1988, in Fort Stockton, to Onedimo and Hilda Marquez. Alex was known for his big heart, gentle spirit, and the love he shared so freely with everyone around him.

Manuel Alvarez Jr. of Round Rock, Texas passed away on Monday, September 2, at the age of 75.
