Body February 22 Raul Sergio Ibarra, of Ozona at 8:09 p.m., officers from the Department of Public Safety apprehended Ibarra and he was charged with driving while intoxicated BAC more than or equal to 0.15. Ibarra received a $2,000 bond and is still in jail. February 24

Body Located in Downtown Fort Stockton, Joe’s Place will be opening its doors this weekend at 216 W. 1st. St. Owner Joe Espino has announced a soft opening for either Friday or Saturday from 5 p.m. to midnight, and a formal grand opening event to be announced.
