James “Jim” Bodie Moore, 88, of Fort Stockton, joined his Lord and Savior on February 22, 2026. He was born on October 27, 1937, to Bodie Moore and Lorean Jackson Moore.

Tom Scott of Midland, Texas died on February 1. Tom was born in Houston, Texas on January 31, 1934 to Mary Alice Ransom and Earle Hester Scott and was raised in Richmond, Texas. After his mother married Stephen S. Perry Jr. in 1946, the family lived on their ranch on Allen Dome on the banks of the San Bernard River in Brazoria County. Tom graduated from Freeport High School at the top of his class in 1951, going on to attend The Rice Institute in Houston Texas, graduating in 1955 with a degree in Chemistry. He attended The University of Texas Law School, graduating in 1958. Tom was honored as a member of The Order of the Coif, The Chancellors, Phi Theta Phi, and the Texas Law Review.

Orlando Gonzales, 70, of Fort Stockton, Texas, Passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026, in Odessa, Texas. Orlando was born on September 3, 1955, to Rosa Gonzales.

Jose Madrid Carrasco, age 74 of Fort Stockton, Texas, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on July 3, 1951, to Maria and Nicomedez Carrasco.

Tomas Dominguez, 39, was born in Fort Stockton, Texas, to Rogelio and Rosa Dominguez on December 25, 1986. He was raised in Fort Stockton, where he made his home with his wife and children. He attended Fort Stockton Schools. He worked in the Oilfield for many years as roustabout and also had the honor to work alongside his father in Dawson Geophysics. His kids were his pride and joy, his everything whom he shared an amazing bond with as their bestie.

Mrs. Maria “Mary” De Los Angeles Villalba, lovingly known as “Nana,” passed away peacefully on January 19, 2026, in Odessa, Texas, at the age of 83. Her passing marks the end of a life filled with devotion to family, faith, and community.

Born on August 15, 1962, in Hereford, Texas, to parents Manuel Casias Sr. and Ida Carrillo. Manuel lived a life characterized by hard work, dedication, and unyielding love for his family.
