Frontier CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children) in Fort Stockton hosted a hamburger sale as a fundraisr at their office located at 101 N. Jackson St. People who attended were able to buy a $10 plate that included a burger, chips, drink, and a sweet.

FSHS Stem Club finishes strong at state competition

Fort Stockton High School students participated in a state-level competition for TAME, the Texas Alliance for Minorities in Engineering on April 30. The students were among the few that qualified through March's divisional competition at Odessa College.

Houston recognized for 52-year career at FSISD

Fort Stockton’s longest tenured teacher, Belva Houston, was given a custom made plaque for her 52 years of Service at the Fort Stockton Independent School District at Monday’s annual staff recognition banquet. Pictured with Houston is Alamo Principal Linda Chavez, who presented the award to her.
