Fall 5K season starts now for beginning runners

Body If you’ve seen more joggers on the streets lately, they may be training for Fort Davis’ Coolest 5K in Texas, held July 4th weekend. For anyone who has thought about running a 5K but has not made it past the couch, the distance may be more approachable than it seems.

Prowlers Open Summer League Strong

Body Fort Stockton’s volleyball program got its summer schedule off to a solid start as the Prowlers completed the first week of Summer League competition against teams from across the region.
