City rejects awning proposal, approves voluntary annexation

Body The Fort Stockton City Council on Jan. 22 decided to reject a proposal for a shade awning at the Hodges Pavilion adjacent to the Fort Stockton Convention Center. The city received a bid from Triple R Welding for $41,266 and from L.T. Construction for $64,447.71.
