Prowlers poised for progression

The Fort Stockton volleyball program broke through the proverbial district barrier a season ago under first-year head coach Gabrielle Harral, winning district contests for the first time in five years. Now the bar moves a notch higher heading into year two of the Harral era.

Eliana Mata took on hitter and setter roles in a dual capacity for the first time in her career a season ago. Daggett named Prowlers basketball head coach

Another one of Fort Stockton’s very own is taking the helm of an athletic program at the high school level. Fort Stockton native and 1984 FSHS graduate Lea Daggett was named the Fort Stockton head girls basketball coach last week.
