The Fort Stockton Panthers baseball team took the field twice last week, facing tough district matchups against Andrews and Greenwood. Despite strong individual performances, the Panthers couldn’t come away with a victory in either contest.

The Fort Stockton Middle School Panthers and Prowlers delivered strong performances at the Junior Comanche Relays, hosted by Monahans Middle School on Thursday, March 27. Both the 7th and 8th grade boys' teams claimed first-place finishes in their respective divisions, while the Prowler 7th grade girls' team also secured first place overall.

The Fort Stockton Prowler Varsity Softball team faced a tough week in district play, competing in three games against Andrews, Greenwood, and Seminole. Despite strong offensive performances, the Prowlers fell short in all three matchups, bringing their record to 13-14 on the season.

The Fort Stockton High School tennis teams took to the courts last week, competing in the RCHS JV Spring Invitational in Big Lake on Thursday and the Mustang Invitational in Andrews on Friday. Despite injuries limiting participation in the JV tournament, the players who competed made their presence felt, while the varsity squad put on a strong showing in Andrews ahead of district play.
