The Annie Riggs Museum and E.W. Bennett’s granddaughter Betty Hickman held an open house to help celebrate his contributions to Fort Stockton in the early 1900’s. E.W. built the first telephone company in Ozona, then moved on to Fort Stockton in 1910.
