For the first five minutes of Monday’s rescheduled district bout against Seminole, Fort Stockton was playing their best ball of the season.
Then the Indians showed why they’re currently atop the district standings.
The Panthers darted out to a 9-5 lead in the first quarter of the contest before being outscored 20-6 the remaining 11 minutes of the first half.
Due to possible inclement weather, the Panther and Prowler varsity basketball games have been moved to today against Seminole. The varsity girls are scheduled to play at 3 p.m. and the varsity boys are scheduled at 4:30 p.m.
The middle school games scheduled for today against Monahans are still going to be played as of this morning.
