Last Friday night in Alpine, a local officiating crew out of Fort Stockton wrapped up the final game of the regular season, marking the close of another year of dedication and commitment on the gridiron. For the past 11 weeks, these men have given up their Friday—and often Thursday—nights to ensure that student-athletes across West Texas can safely and fairly play the game of football.

Panthers Set for Bi-District Battle vs. Lubbock Estacado

The Fort Stockton Panthers are playoff-bound and set to face the Lubbock Estacado Matadors in the Class 4A-Division II Bi-District Championship this Friday, November 14, at 7 p.m. in Andrews. The postseason matchup will be held at Mustang Bowl, where Fort Stockton will serve as the home team.

Panthers End Five-Year Skid!

The Fort Stockton Panthers ended their regular season on a high note — and snapped a five-year losing streak — with a 36–20 win over the Monahans Loboes on Friday night at Panther Stadium. The victory marked Fort Stockton’s first over Monahans since 2019, making the Senior Night win especially meaningful for players, coaches, and fans alike.

Monahans Invitational

The Fort Stockton High School Blue Wave Swim Team turned in another impressive showing this past weekend at the Monahans Invitational, held on Saturday, November 1. The meet featured a highly competitive field, including powerhouse programs from across Texas and several strong contingents from New Mexico.
