Growing up in Fort Stockton, Billy Espino entered the education profession over 30 years ago with the goal of making an impactful difference for the youth in the community. It’s more than fair to say he accomplished his mission during his 29 years of service with the Fort Stockton ISD as an administrator and school board member.
