Jan. 13, 1966 issue: HOSPITAL GIFT – The Ladies Auxiliary of the Fraternal Order of Eagles last week presented a grouping of lounge furniture to Memorial Hospital. Howard Salisbury, hospital administrator, formally accepted the gift on behalf of the hospital. Auxiliary members pictured (L-R) are Mrs. Wayne Giles, conductress and project chairman; Mrs. Everett Carr, secretary; and Mrs. Gene Shackelford, vice president. Mrs. James Lauterbach, past president, was also present for ceremony. The furniture consists of four chairs and a table.
