Nearly finished with a 5-game district road trip, the Fort Stockton Prowlers volleyball squad visited Seminole on Oct. 1 with the varsity falling in four sets to the Maidens. Amaya Urias led the Prowlers with eight kills in the four-set (25-20, 25-18, 19-25, 25-21) defeat.

The Fort Stockton High School swim team competed at the University of Texas Permian Basin swim meet Sunday in Odessa, and several swimmers turned in good times.
