JV Panthers complete perfect season
The Panthers junior varsity football team had one thing on their mind heading into their season finale on Nov. 3 at home against Fabens.
Attain perfection. Fort Stockton accomplished that feat in impressive fashion. The Panthers dominated in every facet of the game behind a multitude of playmakers during their 54-6 victory.
“We played lights out all night. We’re so proud of the boys for an undefeated season,” JV coach Zack Roberson said. “We started the game with one thing on our mind, winning a district title and finishing 10-0.”
Jayden Ramirez led the Panthers in scoring with a rushing touchdown and a defensive touchdown.
Ejay Ortiz found the endzone once on the ground while Kael Rojero and Luis Muniz were on the receiving end of one TD apiece from passes by Sergio Ramirez.
Gabriel Caballoero capped the Panthers scoring with a 30-yard pick six.
