Seminole 57 Panthers 8th Grade Blue 18

The Fort Stockton eighth grade blue team began the season with a 57-18 loss to Seminole on Nov. 15.

“The panthers struggled early and couldn’t get anything going, which led to a loss,” coach Ruben Magallan said.

Kasch Norman and Nick Almendariz led the team with eight points each.

The Panthers will play Greenwood in two weeks.

Seminole 62 Panthers 8th Grade White 26

Cedrick Harper started off the season with an offensive explosion for Fort Stockton, scoring 20 points in the Panthers eighth grade white team’s 62-26 loss to Seminole on Nov. 15.

“We were in a close game the whole first half, but mistakes in the second half led to a loss,” coach Ruben Magallan said.

The Panthers will look to bounce back when they face Greenwood in two weeks.
