Guadalupe (Lupe) Ramirez Dominguez, 71, of Fort Stockton, passed away on May 18, in Fort Stockton.
Visitation was Wednesday, May 21, at 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Heritage Funeral Home. Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m.. Funeral Mass was Thursday, May 22, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church 401 S. Main St. Fort Stockton, Texas 79735. Burial will follow at Fort Stockton Catholic Cemetery.
Lupe was born in Fort Stockton to Jesus and Juana Dominguez on December 12, 1953. He went to school in Fort Stockton. Lupe married Rosie Dominguez on April 30, 1975. Lupe worked in construction, ranching, and truck driver until he was elected as Pecos County Commissioner Pct 2. At a young age he loved riding horses, being a disc jockey, team roping and saddle bronc riding as well. Every free time he had, he was outside with his animals, working on his truck or tractor.

Lupe is preceded in death by his wife Rosie, parents Jesus and Juana Dominguez.
Lupe is survived by his son Jessie Dominguez, daughter Jennifer Lynn Dominguez all of Fort Stockton. Three grandchildren, Joaquin, Josiah, and Nayeli of Fort Stockton. Two brothers Samuel Dominguez and wife Minnie of Fort Stockton, Rene Dominguez and wife Elena of Mesquite.
