Bessica Ann Valdez of Fort Stockton was called home to be with our Lord on September 27, 2026, in Odessa, Texas. Bessica was born in Ft. Stockton, Ramiro and Esmeralda Valdez on July 12, 1985. She graduated from Ft. Stockton High School in 2004. Bessica worked at the front desk at several hotels in town but spent the last several years working at Candlewood Suites. She enjoyed the conversations and connections she made along the way. She also treasured the friendships she formed with the people she worked with.

Bessica loved being an Auntie, known as Auntie Chita to Tristian, Quinten, Aerabella, Olivia, Sofia, Isaiah, Marissa, and Anthony. She loved watching them grow, supporting them at activities and events, and creating memories along the way. She will forever hold a special place in their heart.

Bessica is survived by her parents, Ramiro and Esmeralda Valdez, twin sister Bessie Pacheco, sister Becky Irigoyen (Gabriel) and brother Alvino Ureste, Jr (Becky).

“She was more than our sister; she was part of our childhood, memories, and our lives. Losing her leaves a space that can never be filled. We will carry her love, and her grumpy moments that made her uniquely her. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.”
