Undefeated rivals Fort Stockton and Monahans left it all on the field on Sept. 17 and the performances by both squads lived up to the billing of their highly anticipated matchup.

Monahans secured the 28-21 win in overtime with a 1-yard run on fourth and goal with running back Tre Gomez. Fort Stockton elected to play defense first in the extra period and got their opportunity to respond following the score.

The Prowlers defeated Fort Davis 3-1 at home on Sept. 14.

Armando P. Reyes, Jr., was born in Fort Stockton, Texas, to Armando Reyes, Sr., and Martha Ponce on June 4, 1976. He was employed with Jet Specialties. The loves of his life were his two boys, his parents, his siblings, his family, and we cannot forget his love for the Dallas Cowboys.
