With their most productive offensive threat out of the lineup, the Prowlers clawed their way to a victory against Sweetwater on Dec. 31 behind standout performances from Mia Garcia, Eliana Mata, and Keanna Torres.

Fort Stockton leading scorer Alyana Dominguez did not play in Friday’s game due to an injury that occurred during Thursday’s bout with Del Rio.

The absence translated to a slow start in Friday’s contest as the Prowlers trailed 17-15 at halftime on their home floor.
