Isaac Arcides Quintela, of Fort Stockton at 2 p.m., officers from the Department of Public Safety apprehended Quintela and he was charged with evading arrest or detention. Quintela received a $250 PR bond and was released the same day.

Fugitive from Mexico wanted for murder captured

Body

Manuel Adriano-Ruiz was captured by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force after Mexican authorities charged him with the aggravated murder. Adriano-Ruiz, 25, was wanted by Mexico law enforcement authorities in the state of Chihuahua after he was formally charged with aggravated murder of his wife in August 2021.

Dorothy Richardson went to join the Lord and countless family and friends in Heaven on Jan. 12, 2022. She was born in Washington, Iowa, on April 3, 1935, the oldest of four, raised with her sister Janice and brothers Frank and Don.

Maria Carmelita Ramirez

Maria Carmelita Ramirez, 72, of Fort Stockton, Texas, passed away Jan. 8, 2022. Carmelita was born in Hale Center, Texas, to Alfredo Martinez, Sr., and Martha Baldera Martinez. Carmelita went on to marry her loving husband Antonio Tony” Ramirez on Feb. 21, 1980, and they lived a wonderful life together for 42 years until her passing.
