The School Board for the Fort Stockton ISD will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 21 at the school’s administration building at 101 W. Division.

Among the agenda items is giving the superintendent the final hiring authority for contract employees. Currently the superintendent only has the hiring authority for non-contract school employees.

There will also be the hiring of 10 new teachers, resignation of 15 teachers, and the announcement of Joe Baker retiring form his assistant principal position at the intermediate school.
