Fort Stockton City Council Approves Key Measures and 2024 Audit

The Fort Stockton City Council convened its regular meeting Monday evening at City Hall, addressing several significant agenda items that will impact municipal operations and community development. During the financial portion of the meeting, Eli Mendoza from Garza/Gonzalez and Associates presented the city’s final audit report for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024.
On March 22, “Keep Historic Fort Stockton Beautiful” organized a local cleanup event as part of Texas’ largest single-day cleanup, the Don’t Mess with Texas Trash-Off, led by TxDOT. Volunteers met at the Convention Center (2181 SW H-10 Frontage Road). Everyone— including individuals, families, businesses, and organizations—are encouraged to participate in this community effort to beautify Fort Stockton. Photo by Tristian Barragan
