April 1996 issue: LADY JAYCEES – Pictured here is a comely group of Fort Stockton Jaycee-Ette officers, with their installing officer, Clayton Williams, Jr. Williams, a Jaycee state director, conucted the installation of the Jaycee-Ette leaders at the Jaycee banquet Monday night.
