Several generations of family and friends joined Fort Stockton’s Delfina Ochoa for her 100th birthday celebration at the Focus Care Nursing Home on Saturday, March 4. Mrs. Ochoa was presented with a certificate from the Governor of Texas in honor of her birthday.
