Frank joins FNB as Advisory Director
First National Family of Banks would like to welcome Lynne Frank to our banking family as our Advisory Director. Lynne Brooks Frank is an attorney in Fort Worth, Texas where she lives with her husband, Garrett Stanley Frank, and their two-year old twins, Worth Ellen Frank and Robert Stanley Frank II. Lynne is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Conoly O. Brooks, Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Martin O. Adams of Fort Stockton.
Although Lynne grew up in San Angelo, she spent much of her youth visiting her grandparents in Fort Stockton. Lynne graduated from San Angelo's Central High School and attended The University of Texas at Austin (UT) where she was actively involved in her sorority and UT's Polo Club. Lynne obtained a B.S. in advertising from UT's Moody College of Communication and completed UT's Business Foundation Program through the Mccombs School of Business.
Like her grandfather Mart Adams, Lynne pursued a legal career after college. She attended Texas A&M School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan) in Fort Worth and obtained her J.D. in 2013. Since graduating from law school, Lynne has been a practicing attorney at Bruner & Bruner, P.C. (formerly Bruner & Pappas, LLP) in the heart of Fort Worth. Her practice primarily focuses on business litigation in state and federal court.
Lynne was selected as a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers, a division of Thompson-Reuters™, in the area of business litigation for the years 2020-2022. This peer designation is awarded only to a select number of accomplished attorneys in Texas each year. Lynne also has a wide range of experience in other areas of the law such as real estate, oil and gas, business formation and governance, and other areas of contract law. In addition to her civil practice, Lynne has served as the Associate Municipal Judge in Azle, Texas since 2018. Garrett has roots in West Texas as he too is from San Angelo where his family owns and operates Livestock Weekly.
Garrett graduated minored in accounting. He has had a successful career in the oil and gas business since graduating from UT in 2010, and is currently the Director of Land at an established and reputable oil and gas company in Fort Worth. We would also like to give a sincere farewell to Robert Sadler, whom after 19 years of service to First National Bank of Fort Stockton has retired as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Thank you for your years of service to First National Bank and Fort Stockton and we wish you the best of luck in all of your future endeavors. We are excited to welcome DA Harral as the new Chairman of the Board. DA has served on the Board of Directors with First National Bank for almost 10 years and we look forward to working with him as Chairman.
