Eugenio Diaz, middle, was awarded a service pin today for his 10 years of service with the Pecos County Precincts by Pecos County Precinct No. 1 Commissioner Tom Chapman. Diaz has worked for the road and bridge department for three different precincts in the county. He is currently an equipment operator in Precinct No. 1.
