The third annual Richard Reeves Memorial Barbecue Cookoff was a family affair for the Stephens family this past weekend at Rooney Park in Fort Stockton. Brian Stephens, middle left, and Aaron Stephens, middle right, were crowned champions of the Chicken Division. The brothers are pictured with their father, Jimmy Stevens, left, who is the originator and manager of the barbecue. Stevens close friend Nathan Reeves, right, handed out awards at the conclusion of the cookoff on Sept. 24 at the Large Community Hall in Rooney Park.
