Being something of an expert on the subject — my home is on a hill outside the suburbs in Pittsburgh, Pa.

In reference to the proposed raising of property taxes: I can’t say that I know other people’s circumstances. I can only speak for my own. Because of inflation and prices being higher every time I shop for anything, each time I go to buy supplies or food, I look at my list of needed things and decide which things I must have right away, and which things can stay on the list till another time.
