Emily Puckett-Notley, 80, died at Seton Hospital on Oct. 1, 2021, after a rapid neurological decline. The daughter of Dow and Roberta (Notley) Puckett, she was born in 1941 in Pecos, Texas. She graduated from Lockhart High School in 1959, and attended Texas Tech University.

William “Bill” Bailey, 85, beloved father and grandpa, was called to his eternal resting place on Oct. 28, 2021. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Nov. 5, 2021, at 2 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home of the Big Bend, 301 North Main St, Fort Stockton, Texas.

Anadela Luna Ureste, 49, of Fort Stockton, Texas, passed away on Oct. 30, 2021, in Odessa, Texas. Visitation and rosary were held on Nov. 3, 2021, at Heritage funeral home in Fort Stockton. Funeral services were Nov. 4, 2021, at St. Joseph’s church in Fort Stockton.

Rafael Gilberto Sanchez, 48, of Fort Stockton, Texas, passed away on Oct. 24, 2021, in Laredo, Texas. Visitation is Nov. 1-2, 2021, followed by the Rosary at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, St. Agnes Catholic Church in Fort Stockton.

Guadalupe “Lupano” Leyva, 87, of Las Mangas, Mexico, passed away peacefully in his home Oct. 18, 2021. Guadalupe was born in Las Mangas, Mexico, to Guadalupe Leyva, Sr., and Eulalia Granados on April 4, 1934.

Edward P. Dominguez, 22, of Fort Stockton, Texas, a devoted Christian, a devoted loving father, and friend, went to be with the lord on Oct. 17, 2021. Visitation will be held for Edward on Tuesday, Oct. 26 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home Fort Stockton.

Jodie Martin was born Sept. 10, 1959, in San Angelo, Texas, to Eddie and Johnita Martin. He was their absolute pride and joy, the first of three boys. He was a healthy, strong, and a large baby, weighing in at over nine pounds. Those traits followed him his entire life.

Salvador Rios Castro, Jr., 84, of Fort Stockton, Texas, passed away peacefully in his home on Oct. 16, 2021. Viewing took place at Heritage Funeral Home of Big Bend for the viewing on Oct. 20, 2021, with Rosary recited afterwards.

We, the family of Roberto (Robert) Pillado, are having a celebration of life in remembrance of Robert Pillado.

Andrew Thomas Escajeda, 25, of Fort Stockton, passed away on Oct. 4, 2021 in Laredo. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021 at Eternity Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 8, 2021 at Eternity Funeral Home with Pastor Mendoza officiating.
