The Fort Stockton Panthers Powerlifting team competed in the district meet on Thursday and finished third overall with 11 of the 12 lifters posting personal record totals.

165 – Fabian Silva, third place 181 – Jovanny Hernandez, first place 181 – Jose Hernandez, fourth place 198 – Justin Sanchez, first place 220 – Jose Sarabia, fifth place 242 – Ethan Jimenez, fifth place 275 – Andres Sotelo, second place 308 – Oasis Webb, fourth place The Panthers will compete in the Pecos LCQ on Feb. 23, which is the last meet before the regional meet in Abilene on March 11.
