Buena Vista’s Aiden Lopez sacks the Balmorhea quarterback to force a turnover on downs to start the second quarter Friday in Balmorhea. The Buena Vista fell to the host Bears 42-22 after tying the game at 6 apiece on a Jackie Jurado scoring run in the first quarter. The Bears led 34-6 when Jurado scored again to make it 34-14 in the fourth quarter. Vick Garza passed 66 yards to Jose Castro and after the conversion it was 34-22.
