Despite not competing in relay events, the Panther track put forth a noteworthy effort on March 24 at the Levelland track meet.

Zane Hodges won the 110-meter hurdles and the 300 hurdles, attaining two of the Panthers’ three gold medals.

Aryan Hernandez won the 200 and was followed by freshman Eduardo Hernandez, who took second in the event.

Hodges took second in triple jump while Aryan Hernandez placed second in long jump.

In addition, Hodges took third in high jump.

Fort Stockton boy’s track coach Vic Ivy noted that by agreement, the Panther relay teams decided not to compete at the meet.

Complete results from the meet had not been made available by the Levelland High School athletic department before press time.
