“You are the light of the world. A city built on a hill cannot be hid. 15 People do not light a lamp and put it under the bushel basket; rather, they put it on the lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.”

We could go on and on about how necessary salt and light are and how Jesus commissioned us to be salt and light. We are salt. We are light Let us claim it. Let us maximize it. Let us give flavor to every relationship we find ourselves.

There are five elements which have to do with sharing, imparting that blessing to others Meaningful and appropriate touch.

A spoken message. Attaching high value to the one being blessed.

Picturing a special future for the one blessed.

A commitment to fulfill the blessing.

Go from here and be just as salty as you can.

Light all encounters with the light of Christ.
