On a regular basis I go through the weekly paper and one of my most enjoyable sections is called “From The Pulpit”. Some may take the time to read the short messages and others don’t, but to me its very helpful and encouraging; for my soul longs for peace.

My topic today is “The Pulpit”. Many may see this subject as of little value and to others it’s of great value. I will share my view with you and may it give you a greater understanding of The Pulpit. I see The Pulpit as a sacred altar where God; s word, love and way of life is ministered to all. I call it God’s plan for us. The new life according to God’s word and leading of the Holy Spirit. Not my way, my plan nor that of man and the world, its God’s word to us. The Pulpit can be in your home, your car, or here God speaks His truth to you. Yet in this time of life many have lost focus on where The Pulpit is of the greatest value. I call that place church, where I learned to have a daily relationship with my Lord Jesus Christ. May today’s topic encourage us all to seek God. Not just know about God but to have a personal daily desire to live all for Jesus!
