Jesus “Salvador” Leon Morales, 64, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2022, in Midland, Texas. He was born June 28, 1957, in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, to Amador Morales and Heriberta Leon Perez.
Salvador was a beloved father and grandfather who loved barbecuing, fishing, raising roosters, and going to the horse races. He enjoyed the company of his family and friends.
This beautiful lady, Maria Onsurez, went home on April 10, 2022, returning to our Lord and joining her son Anthony.
She leaves behind three daughters, Peadra, Marisa, and Celissa; two step-daughters, Leticia and Dee; one brother, Frank; and one sister, Norma.
Mary had 10 grandchildren, Jeremiah, Alec, Xavier, Kirsten, Kendra, Sierra, Raelynn, Nat, Jasmin, and John; and five great-grandchildren.
Oneta “Gayle” Gray, 79, passed away on April 9, 2022, at her home in Fort Stockton, Texas.
Visitation was held on April 12, 2022, at Eternity Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Stockton.
Funeral service was held on April 13, 2022, at Eternity Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Scott Owens officiating. Burial followed at East Hill Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Eternity Funeral Home.
Mary Elizabeth Tinkler Copeland Elliott, 80, of Midland, Texas, passed away April 5, 2022, at her home, and went to be with her Lord and Savior in Heaven.
Visitation was held on April 7, 2022, at Nalley-Pickle and Welch Funeral Home. Graveside service was April 8, 2022, at Serenity Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Both are located in Midland.
Mary Elizabeth Tinkler Elliott, 80-years-old, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Emerson “Tink” and Effie Courtney Tinkler and her only sibling, Jim Tinkler, who passed just 48 hours before her.

Graveside service will be Friday, April 8, 2022, at Serenity Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Midland, Texas.
James “Jim” Thomas Tinkler, father and grandfather, took his last ride April 3, 2022, at the age of 85. Jim was born Sept. 6, 1936, in Fort Stockton, Texas, to Emerson “Tink” and Effie Mae Courtney Tinkler. He had one sister, Mary Elizabeth Tinkler.
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is grieving the loss of an employee that is related to the COVID-19 virus. Armando Rodriguez, 78, Clerk I at the Fort Stockton Unit, died from complications of COVID-19 on Jan. 16, 2022.
