William Clifton Millican, of Sanderson, Texas, was called home by our Heavenly Father on April 26, 2022, at the age of 58. Clifton was born in Loraine, Texas, on Jan. 15, 1964. Clifton was born to Francis Clifton and Lorene Millican.

Clifton was preceded in death by his father F.C. “Son” Millican; mother Lorene Millican; sister JoAnn Carter; and Bobby Dale Millican.

Clifton is survived by his wife Laura Millican; son Justin Chance Millican and wife Blair; daughter Shadye Millican; stepchildren Saul Uribe and wife Melissa, Lauren Ashley Hagelgans, and Ian Ashton Perez; grandchildren Kennedy Gail Millican, Westin Colter Millican, and Mia Alyssa Uribe; brother David Ellsworth Millican and wife Theresa of Robert Lee, Texas; and Ruby Frances Hood and husband Royce of Robert Lee.

Visitations were held April 28-May 2, 2022, at Heritage Funeral Home of the Big Bend in Fort Stockton. Funeral service was held May 3, 2022, at the Sanderson High School auditorium in Sanderson. Interment followed at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Sanderson.
