Manuel Alvarez Jr. of Round Rock, Texas passed away on Monday, September 2, at the age of 75. He was born on May 27, 1950, in Sanderson, Texas.

After serving in the Army, Manuel obtained a master’s degree in clinical psychology. He served as Director of information Technology in two state agencies in Texas.

Manuel is survived by his wife Teresa Alvarez. His children Jacob Alvarez, Sam Alvarez, Jason Alvarez, Amy Alvarez and his stepchildren Kelsey Preston, Shelby Smith. His eleven grandchildren and his three sisters Minnie Dominguez, Mary Esparza, and Rosa Rodriguez.

Memorial services will be held October 24, at Riverbend Church, 4214 N. Capital of Texas Highway, Austin Texas.
