Lorena Renteria Ramirez entered into rest on Feb. 12, 2021. She was born Sept. 18, 1980, to Aurelio and Amelia Renteria.

Lorena was a fantastic nurse who always put others before herself. She loved to spend her days off with her granddaughter and mother. She enjoyed watching her children play sports. She was loved by many people. She lit up the room with her smile, and made everyone laugh with her funny remarks.

Lorena was preceded in death by her father, Aurelio Renteria.

Lorena is survived by her mother Amelia Ortega; her husband Enemecio Ramirez; sons Morabie Ramirez of Fort Stockton, Texas, and Jose Manuel Ramirez of Fort Stockton; daughter Ashleigh Ramirez of Fort Stockton; brother Jose Renteria and wife Yadira; grandchild Annalise Ramirez; and nieces and nephews Daisy Renteria, Jose Angel Renteria, Jr., and Jesus Anthony Renteria.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2021, from 2-4 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home. Memorial service will be Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Downtown Campus.
