Lilia Beanes Morales went peacefully to be with her Lord, surrounded by her children on Jan. 30, 2021. She was born on May 17, 1926, to Luciano and Gabriela Beanes.

Lilia was preceded in death by her parents, Luciano and Gabriela Beanes; her husband Lorenzo A. Morales; and her grandchildren Jorge Morales, Beckie Sewell, and Patrick Joel Martinez.

Lilia is survived by her sons Moises Morales of Fabens, Texas, Samuel Morales, Armando Morales, Abel Morales, and Saul Morales; her daughters Gloria Flores, Elvia Navarrete, Irene Lopez of Austin, Texas, Lilia Roberts, Imelda Fierro, Esther Seidel of El Paso, Texas, and Delma Morales; her brother Raul Beanes; her sisters Velia Corpus, Olivia Alvarado, Magdalena Ramirez, Siria Fabela, and Alicia Hernandez; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Feb. 2, 2021, at East Hill Cemetery.
