Henrietta Murillo Ayala, 85, of Betteravia, Calif., passed away on May 27, 2022, in San Angelo, Texas. Henrietta was born in Betteravia to Manuel and Paz Murillo on July 14, 1937.

She went to school at Santa Maria High School. She married Juan Luna Ayala in November 1967 in California.

She was a homemaker, and her love was caring for her husband and daughter.

Henrietta was preceded in death by her parents Manuel and Paz Murillo, as well as siblings from California.

Henrietta is survived by her husband Juan Luna Ayala, her daughter Debbie Ayala-Harris and husband Battle, her pride and joy grandchild Dawson Harris, and family in California.

Henriette loved whole heartedly all she came to know. She shined the love of Jesus, and brought joy and laughter. She will be missed, but her legacy of love and joyful memories will carry on. Henrietta is absent in body and present with the Lord. (2nd Corinthians 5:8)

The family wishes to extend sincere thanks to all angelic doctors, nurses, and hospice workers who cared so lovingly for Henrietta. Blessings to all family and friends whom showed us love and kindness.

Love you mama. I will see you again, and heaven is that much more joyful with you.”

The funeral will be held on Saturday, July 23 at 10 a.m. at The People Church, 108 W. 10th.
