Bernardo Guevara Leyva entered into rest on March 18, 2021. He was born on Aug. 20, 1969, to Guadalupe and Enedina Leyva.

Bernardo is survived by his parents Guadalupe and Enedina Leyva; wife Flavia Leyva; daughter Irassema Leyva and spouse Andreu Hernandez; brothers Reyes Leyva, Aniceto Leyva, Mayelo Leyva, Francisco Leyva, and Carlos Leyva; sisters Manuela Leyva, Lucila Leyva, Veronica Leyva, and Maria Magdelena Leyva.

The visitation was held March 22, 2021, at Heritage Funeral Home in Fort Stockton, Texas. The funeral service was held March 23, 2021, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Downtown Campus in Fort Stockton. Burial followed at East Hill Cemetery.
