Billy Budd Waggoner, 81, passed away Feb. 6, 2022, in Midland, Texas, on his way home to his San Antonio, Texas, family.

He is survived by two nieces, Courtney Michelle Waggoner and Christen Melissa Waggoner; nephew Jerry L. Waggoner II (children); and F. Irene Waggoner, widow of brother Jerry L. Waggoner; and nephew Randy Dale Waggoner, son of Tommy Ray Waggoner (deceased).

Alejandra Lopez, 90, of Fort Stockton, Texas, died Feb. 3, 2022, at the local hospital. She was born Aug. 26, 1931, in Sanderson, Texas, to Antonia and Magdaleno Rios. The family moved to Fort Stockton in the mid-1940s. She was marred to Ramiro Lopez in Sanderson, Texas.

William Louis “W.L.” Dunbar, 83, of Pipe Creek, Texas, passed away peacefully on Feb. 1, 2022, surrounded by family. W.L. grew up in Center Point, Texas, a town in which he had many fond memories. He was born to Louis Edward “L.E.” and Inez Dunbar on Dec. 4, 1938. He married the love of his life, Delilah Faye Dunbar on June 12, 1959, and they spent 62 beautiful years together.

On June 5, 1928, Jesusita “Chui” Peña Urias was born to parents Cruz Peña Urias and Francisco Urias, delivered at their Fort Stockton, Texas, home by Dr. William Moore. She joined siblings Juan Francisco Urias (born 1917), Jose “Joe” Rodolfo Urias (born 1922), and Diamantina Urias (born 1925). Maria “Mary” Urias was to be born in 1931. Parents and all siblings preceded Jesusita in death. She died on Jan. 19, 2022, in Buda, Texas.
