INMATE ARREST REPORTS
It is important to note that an arrest should not be considered as evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
January 29
* Michael Alfonso Pacheco, of San Antonio. At 10:22 a.m., Department of Public Safety Troopers apprehended Pacheco and charged him with Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces ($500 PR Bond), and two counts of Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon ($1,500 bond each count), released the next day.
*Bryan Daniel Martinez, of Houston. At 6:36 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Martinez and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, $500 PR Bond, released the same day.
January 30
*Juan Jose Reynosa, of Del Rio. At 12:28 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Reynosa and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense, $1,200 bond, released the same day.
*Amber Mache Brooks, of Fort Davis. At 11:45 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Brooks and charged her with FTAPossession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram, Pecos County Warrant, $250,000 bond set, still in jail.
*Ke Shawn Larenz Butler, of Austin. At 3:31 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Butler and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, $500 PR Bond, released the same day.
*John Derek Luna, of Fort Stockton. At 5:30 p.m., Fort Stockton Police Department Officers apprehended Luna and charged him with FTA-Driving While License Invalid, Pecos County warrant, $1,000 bond and released the same day.
January 31
*Elizabeth Zenaida De La Rosa, of Fort Stockton. At 3:04 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended the subject and charged her with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon ($10,000 bond set), Resist Arrest Search or Transport ($5,000 Bond Set), and Criminal Mischief Greater than $100 Less than $750 ($2,000 Bond Set), still in jail.
*Myra Alejandra Rivera, of Fort Stockton. At 4:15 p. m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Rivera and charged her with FTA-Theft of Property greater than $100 Less than $750, Pecos County Warrant, $1,000 PR Bond and released the next day.
*San Kieu, of Odessa. At 10:51 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended the subject and charged them with False Report, $10,000 PR Bond, Released the next day.
February 1
* Fredrick Sanchez Gonzales, of Fort Stockton. At 8:30 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the individual and charged him with Evading Arrest or Detention ($2,500 Bond Set), Evading Arrest or Detention ( Charges Dropped), still in jail.
*Valentino Martinez, Jr., of Fort Worth. At 7:32 p. m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with MTR/Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle ( No bond approved), and Driving While License Invalid ( Traffic Ticket, Time Served), still in jail.
