SEPTEMBER 1
*Eric Adrian Gonzalez, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 12:19 a.m., Fort Stockton Police Department officers apprehended the individual and charged him with FT Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, Pecos County warrant ($1,000 bond), released the same day.
*Jack Richard Phelps, of Sanderson. At 4:40 a.m., Troopers from the Department of Public Safety apprehended Phelps and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram ($2,000 bond) released the next day.
*Ben Ramon Recio, of Monahans. At 5:30 p.m., Fort Stockton officers apprehended Recio and charged him with Public Intoxication, $500 PR bond, released the next day.
*Brian Gregory Cardenas, of Fort Stockton. At 6:58 p.m., Fort Stockton PD officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Duty on Striking Fixture/Highway Landacaping; $2,500 bond and released the next day.
*Zoila Margarita Lopez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:50 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Lopez and charged her with Driving While License Invalid, $1,000 bond set and released the next day.
SEPTEMBER 2
*Celestino Cantenero, Jr., of Rosharon, Texas. At 3:45 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended the subject and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated BAC level 0.15 or greater; $1,200 bond and released later that day.
*Jonathan Alexis Cortez, of El Paso. At 7:30 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Cortez and charged him with Aggravated Assault Against a Public Servant ($50,000 bond set), two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon $20,000 bond each count) and Evading Arrest Detention with vehicle ($25,000 bond set), Still in Jail.
*David John Rubio, Jr., of Parts Unknown. At 8 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Rubio and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated Second Offense; $3,000 bond and released the next day.
SEPTEMBER 3
*Rochelle Wagner, from an undisclosed location. At 1 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Wagner and charged her with Violation of Bond/ Protective Order ($2,000 bond posted), and MTR/ Continuous Violence Against the Family, Bexar County Warrant (No Bond Approved), Still in Jail.
*Oseas Alberto Moreno, of Crystal City, Texas. At 9:42 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended Moreno and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense, $1,200 Bond and released the next day.
SEPTEMBER 4
*Victor Emanuel Vela, Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 1:57 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Vela and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 less than 1 gram Analogue; $3,000 Bond and released the same day.
SEPTEMBER 5
Angelica Marie Leyva, of Fort Stockton. At 1:45 a.m., DPS Troopers apprehended Leyva and charged her with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense, $1,200 Bond and released the same day.
*Sergio E Sanchez-Rodriguez, of Iraan. At 9:25 p.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Assault Family/House Member; $5,000 bond set, still in jail.
SEPTEMBER 6
*Diana D. Carrasco, of Fort Stockton. At 12:29 a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the subject and charged her with FTA-Burglary of a Building, $150000 bond set and still in jail.
*Alejandro Ray Castro, of Sanderson. At 3:52 a.m., Fort Stockton officers apprehended Castro and charged him with Driving while Intoxicated BAC greater than 0.15; $1,500 bond set and released the same day.
*Patrick Wayne Nealy, of San Marcos, Texas. At9:36a.m., Pecos County Deputies apprehended the individual and charged him with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, $500 PR Bond and released the same day.
*Miguel Oviedo, of Dallas. T 3:47 p.m. was apprehended by Pecos County Deputies and charged with Five Counts of mugging of Persons, Pecos County Warrant, $250,000 bond set, still in jail.
SEPTEMBER 7
Eric Harvey Lopez, of Fort Stockton. At 10:30 a.m., Fort Stockton PD officers apprehended Lopez and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense, $1,200 bond set and still in jail.
*Jenna Kai Harvey, of Midland. At 1:33 p.m., Pecos County deputies apprehended Harvey and charged her with Assault/family member, Pecos County warrant, $2,000 bond and released that day.
*TylerReddingtonDandoy, of San Antonio. At 4:43 p.m., DPS Troopers apprehended the subject and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated First Offense ($2,000 Bond set) and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 less than 1 gram ($1,000 Bond), still in jail.
SEPTEMBER 8
*Jose Luis Ortega, of Fort Stockton. At 2:32 a.m., Pecos County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended the subject and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, $3,000 bond set and still in jail.
