Longtime Fort Stockton Intergovernmental Recreation Board Member Santiago Cantu was honored by the rec board for extraordinary service and time served at the group’s regular meeting on Dec. 13. The meeting was Cantu’s last with the group and his last month with the county commissioners. Cantu served over 15 years on the board. See feature story in the Dec. 29 edition of the Pioneer.
