O ur mission at Middle Pecos Groundwater Conservation District (MPGCD) is to develop and implement an efficient, economical and environmentally sound groundwater management program to protect, maintain and enhance the groundwater resources of the District, and to communicate and administer to the needs and concerns of the citizens of Pecos County associated with these groundwater resources.

The Pecos County Commissioners Court convened on Tuesday, November 12, to address various community improvements, budget allocations, and administrative updates during their regular session. With a packed agenda, commissioners covered everything from infrastructure projects to retirement plans, reaffirming their commitment to enhanc- ing county services and managing public funds responsibly.
