The new walking trail at Gene Cummings Park in Fort Stockton has been poured and completed over the course of the past six weeks after the park’s improvement project groundbreaking ceremony was held on April 25. The approximately $60,000 trail is of four additions that will be completed at the park. The Helen Dionne Memorial Garden, basketball court pavilion, and the water reclamation addition at the Matthew Quiroz Splash Park are scheduled to be done in the near future. Photo by Nathan Heuer
