MAY 27

• Lee Roy Jurado, of Odessa. At 1:40 p.m., deputies from the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Jurado and charged him with MTA-tamper fabricate physical evidence, $1,000 bond set on Pecos County warrant; FTA-theft of property greater than $100 less to $750, $1,000 bond set and he’s still in jail.

• Moraby Muniz, of Fort Stockton. At 6:09 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Muniz and charged him with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces drug free zone, $2,000 bond set; resisting arrest search or transport, $5,000 bond and he was released May 28.

MAY 29

• Eric Rosas. At :19 a.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Rosas and charged him with driving while intoxicated 3rd or more offense; $3,000 bond posted, and he was released May 30.

• Sandra Martinez Quintela, of Fort Stockton. At 8:14 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Quintela and charged her with MTR-Prohibited Substance in a correctional facility– alcohol/ drug/phone/tobacco, no bond set or approved; MTR-tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, no bond set or approved and she’s still in jail.

MAY 30

• Roberto Ochoa Meza, of Monahans. At 5:02 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Meza and charged him with driving while license invalid (Ward County warrant), $2,000 bond posted, and he was released the same day.

MAY 31

• Randy Baeza Muniz, of Fort Stockton. At 4:25 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Baeza and charged him with possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram, less than 4 grams. $5,000 bond was set and he was released the same day.

• Jacob Tyler Marshall, of Fort Stockton. At 6:13 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Marshall and charged him with public Intoxication. $1,000 PR bond set and he was released the same day.

• Benedicto Molinar Lujan, of Fort Stockton. At 1:33 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Department apprehended Lujan and charged him with MTR-driving while intoxicated open container on a Pecos County warrant, a $1,000 bond was posted and he was released the same day.

• Samuel Lawrence Fuentes, of Odessa. At 4:15 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Fuentes and charged him with two counts of FTA-assault causes bodily injury family violence (Pecos County warrants), Bonds of $1,000 and $1,500 were set and he was released June 1.

• Eric Tarin Rosas, of Fort Stockton. At 5:32 p.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Rosas and charged in with driving while intoxicated 3rd or more offense, $10,000 bond was set and he’s still in jail.

JUNE 1

• Jesus Manuel Ramirez. At 3:44 a.m., officers with the Texas Department of Public Safety apprehended Ramirez and charged him with driving while intoxicated first offense, $1,200 bond was set and was released the same day.

• Manuela Karina Sanchez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:25 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Sanchez and charged her with failure to report child abuse on a Pecos County warrant, $2,500 bond was set and she was released the same day.

• Refugio Rivera Sanchez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:46 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Sánchez and charged him with three counts of injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent of bodily injury. Each count carried a $2,500 bond ($7.500 total) and he was released the same day.

• Omar Sanchez, of Fort Stockton. At 953 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Sanchez and charged him with failure to report child abuse on a Pecos County warrant. $2,500 bond was posted, and he was released the same day.

• Catarino Menchaca Garcia III, of Case Grande, Arizona. At 10:30 a.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Department apprehended Garcia and charged him with indecency with a child, sexual contact on a Pecos County warrant. $10,000 bond was posted and he was released the same day.

• Ezekiel Joel Carrasco, of Fort Stockton. At 6:34 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Department apprehended Carrasco and charged him with aggravated assault date/family/ house.

• Imelda Rivera Sanchez, of Fort Stockton. At 9:56 p.m., deputies with the Pecos County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Samcjez and charged her with failure to report child abuse. $2,500 bond posted and she was released the same day.

• Adan FloresmAcosta Jr., of Fort Stockton. At 11:04 p.m., officers with the Department of Public Safety apprehended Acosta and charged him with MTA-possession of a controlled substance PG 1 greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams on a Crane County warrant. $15,000 bond was set and he was released June 2.

JUNE 2

• Ismael Reyes Taboada. At 1:56 a.m., officers with the Fort Stockton Police Department apprehended Taboada and charged him with public intoxication. $1,000 PR Bond and he was released the same day.
